By placing an order with Apcituning, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not proceed with your purchase. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All tune files sold by Apcituning are intended strictly for off-road, competition, and closed-course use only. By purchasing a tune, you acknowledge and agree that the use of modified engine calibration files may render your vehicle non-compliant with emissions regulations in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, provincial, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle emissions and modification. Apcituning assumes no liability for any regulatory fines, failed inspections, or legal consequences arising from use of our products.
Tune files are custom-built digital products. Once a tune file has been delivered to you — whether via email, EZ Lynk, or any other delivery method — it is non-refundable. This policy exists because digital tune files cannot be "returned" and we have already invested time and resources in building them for your specific vehicle. If your tune is not performing as expected, contact us and we will work to resolve it through revisions. Physical products (delete pipes, devices) may be returned unused in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing an order, you authorize Apcituning to charge your selected payment method for the full order total including any applicable taxes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Apcituning reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with a full refund issued if payment has already been collected.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information at time of purchase, including year, make, model, engine, and any relevant modifications. Tune files are built specifically for the vehicle information provided. Apcituning is not responsible for tunes that do not perform correctly due to inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information submitted at time of order.
We stand behind our work. If your tune is not performing correctly based on the information you provided, contact us and we will revise it. Revisions are provided at no charge for issues that arise from our calibration. Additional revisions requested due to changed modifications, hardware swaps, or driver preference changes may be subject to a fee.
Diesel tuning involves modifying engine operating parameters beyond factory specifications. By purchasing and using our products, you accept all risk of mechanical damage that may occur. Apcituning makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for engine damage, drivetrain failures, or any other mechanical issues that occur in connection with use of our tune files or products. Your vehicle's factory warranty may be voided by use of performance tuning products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apcituning's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Apcituning be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
